Our team in Poland has been experiencing dynamic growth in recent years, with the prospect of even more rapid expansion in the years to come.
We are currently seeking a Proposal Specialist for on-site work in Gdańsk, Poland.
What You’ll Do:
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer requests
– Prepare draft cost proposals for new studies in response to commercial sponsor requests for proposals (RFPs)
– Prepare contracts (work orders) based on client-approved budgets
– Manage and implement changes to the budget/contract of the running project
– Ensure timely delivery of bids and contracts
– Regularly Participate in internal and client project team meetings as needed
– Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. project management, logistics, legal affairs, finance, etc.)
– Assist in creating, updating and maintaining sales documents templates (contracts, work orders, proposals),
– Respond to emails and other communication requests in a timely manner using various methods, including but not limited to email and other communication tools
– And all other responsibilities asked by direct superior
– Reports directly to “Proposals and Contracts Manager”.
What We Are Looking For:
– Strong ability to handle various projects simultaneously, organize work effectively and work under pressure according to deadlines
– Good judgment and problem-solving skills
– Ability to be flexible in thinking and acting
– Delivering work on time
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– At least good oral and written English language skills
